Our solution

Start producing your GS1 SSCC pallet labels today. No software to install, no months-long implementation — you supply the data and get back labels your customer can scan.

What it comes down to

  • A service, not a software package: nothing to install and nothing to maintain.
  • Open to any company, with or without EDI, ERP or a warehouse system.
  • Every label to the standards and specifications of GS1.
  • Platform independent — Windows, macOS or Linux, it makes no difference to us.
  • Are your own suppliers not yet using SSCC labels? We connect them the same way.
  • EDI specialists with experience in the sector since 1991.

A single label

  1. Try the demo
On this site. You see at once how your label comes out; real labels we switch on for you.
  2. Fill in what goes on it
Your company details, your GS1 company prefix and what is on the pallet.
  3. Download the PDF
Print-ready, with every mandatory field, the data titles and GS1-128 barcodes.
  4. Apply and ship
Label on the pallet, goods ready to leave.

You do not need EDI to use the SSCC. The product information that would otherwise travel electronically simply goes on the label. Through the SSCC barcode the shipment stays traceable for you and for your customer.

A whole shipment

Shipping dozens of pallets per run makes the form tedious. That is what the CSV bulk is for: one file with a row per pallet, and you get every label back in one PDF.

  1. Export your shipment
The same columns you already pull from your system; a header row is not required.
  2. Upload the file
We check every row first. If one is wrong, you hear about it before printing.
  3. One PDF back
Every row a label, with a running serial number.
  4. Apply and ship
In the same order as your file, so they go straight from the printer onto the pallets.

The tool behind it

The labels are produced with our own label tool on b2bsynergy.eu. It builds the number from your GS1 company prefix, keeps the series, draws the barcodes itself and delivers the PDF. Without an account it already makes a sample label; for your own prefix, history and CSV bulk you work signed in.
