SSCC labels for B2BSynergy
When the message traffic with your customers runs through a service provider, the label stays the same: same GS1 standard, same fields. The SSCC is the code where goods receipt and the paperwork meet.
The starting point for this label
| Label type | GS1 A5 (148 × 210 mm) |
|---|---|
| Field profile | Food with best-before date |
| Fields alongside the SSCC | (02) (37) (15) (10) |
| Type of customer | EDI service provider |
| Market | Netherlands |
| Language of the data titles | English — the GS1 data titles |
Note: a starting point, not a specification. Which fields must end up on the label is for B2BSynergy to state in its own labelling instruction. We work from the GS1 standard for the logistic label and from what is common in this trade. Send us your customer’s instruction and we record the label type per trading partner, so the tool then picks the right layout by itself — even when one shipment goes to several parties.
What we do
We produce the label: the SSCC from your own GS1 company prefix with the correct check digit, the mandatory fields with their data titles, and GS1-128 barcodes at least 32 mm high. You get a print-ready PDF, one at a time or a whole shipment at once.
- (02) Article code of the packaging (GTIN)
- (37) Number of packages
- (15) Best before
- (10) Batch or lot number
- (00) SSCC
